Qualification Overview

The Qualifi Level 2 Diploma in Care is a vocationally related qualification designed to confirm occupational competence for learners working as Adult Care Workers or Healthcare Support Workers. Entry Requirements

  • Applicants must:
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be able to demonstrate an interest in or current involvement in the care sector.
  • Be in a position to meet the assessment requirements (practical and theoretical) of the qualification.
  • Have access to suitable work or placement opportunities in a health or social care environment.
  • Centres are responsible for:
  • Conducting an initial assessment to ensure learners are suited to the qualification.
  • Confirming learners can realistically achieve the requirements at Level 2 before enrolment.
